How To Find Golf Accessories That Look Great But Won't Break The Bank

golf - a kind of cheap sport. Purchasing a membership to a course will put a hole in your pocket, and will more than likely have to be renewed in the later months. The clubs themselves can cost a mere fortune. Even though no one said that you had to buy all the expensive stuff. It is very possible to get all the things you will ever need on the course for relatively cheaper ,or even free if you get yourself very lucky. Keep reading to find out where you can find all the cheapest things, and learn how you can buy all the cheaper things and never have to pay high rates again.

Auctions are a good place to start looking for cheaper items, they are also a good place to go looking for good equipment. You most likely be able to know what the item looks like in your head after they had told you what it looks like, and maybe even get to test it out before you buy it. Once the auction begins you are going to be faced with people that are wanting the same things as you. Be prepared to pay more then its worth, whether it be at the retail price, lower or higher. If you win your item and you end up paying at a low rate, then be glad that you got to it before someone else did.

Auctions are not the only places you can buy helpful items. EBay has millions of items that are at a discount price that you may find to be very interesting. If you are already using eBay then you already know pretty much how it works. You simply place the bid you want and wait for someone to bid higher. If someone outbids you then you might just have to go higher, and then you will make it higher just so you can try and win the item. this is how biding wars are started. It can be tempting to keep bidding higher and higher, until the final cost is higher then the price would pay in any store. Never let the item get more expensive in a bid then it would be in the store you might as well just go buy it in a store.

Garage sales are another great place to find items at a discount price. They often offer the cheapest prices of all, and most of the time the person setting the prices has no idea what the item is really worth. If you look in the newspaper for garage sales, you will start to notice times and closely same locations. Just make a route and start looking for your many golf accessorys you may need.

golf accessories are pretty hard to find at cheap rates, but they are anything but hard to find. You can make a route that you follow every week. Look online for items, look at a lot of garage sales, and any places you may have at hand. this way if someone is selling something you want you will know where to find it.

Why I Have A Positive Attitude Towards Sales And You Don't

If your attitude is about as positive as a one legged duck in a swamp full of alligators, read this. I'm going to give you seven keys to crush negativity and create a positive mindset.

The result will be that you will feel great and make more sales more often with less effort.

exercise DAILY & EAT WELL.I don't know about you but I have this theory that if you eat junk and never exercise you will become an overweight unmotivated, undisciplined slob.

Not only that but odds are your breathe will stink, you'll have B.O. have a hard time buying clothes that fit and most likely die 15 to twenty years before your time.

Don't get me wrong - I'm not advocating you turn into some vegetarian, yoga-addicted, eat raw food and howl at the moon exercise junkie.

Just that every day you get 30 minutes of make-your-heart-beat-faster exercise.

Why?

Endorphins!

Endorphins are the body's natural feel-good chemicals. Have stacks of them and you feel great. Deplete their supply and you feel bad. Endorphins are a strong analgesic, and make you feel great.

The release of endorphins can lower your blood pressure, a major indicator in heart disease, and have even been implicated in the fight against cancer.

Want to know how to make your endorphins grow like a demented popcorn machine on steroids?

Feed them!

HINT: Endorphins thrive on exercise.

It is that simple.

Want to sell more?

exercise.

2. FEED YOUR MIND!

It constantly amazes me that so many sales people are satisfied to come home, sit down in front of the one-eyed devillike some couch potato and fill their brains with some mind-numbing 'reality' TV show whilst they yell at their kids who actually are alive!

And then, have the audacity to look all surprised when they fail to hit their monthly sales targets.

Remember the old computer saying: "Garbage in - Garbage out?"

Well the same thing is true of your brain.

Stop and ask yourself... what have I been feeding your mind this last 30 days?

  • Attend seminars.
  • Read books.
  • Subscribe to ezines.
  • Join online forums.

3. HELP SOMEONE WORSE OFF THAN YOU.

Let me tell you a true story... Last December I was in Beijing, China. It was freezing cold and as I was walking back to my luxury hotel room one night, I saw a woman sat by the side of the road.

She had a flimsy blanket and she was repeatedly re-arranging it over and over again in a futile effort to keep the cold at bay.(It was snowing hard).

I looked closer and saw that under the blanket, something was moving. It was a little boy - about 2 years old.

I walked back to a restaurant and bought some food for her and her child.

When I gave her the food she started to cry. As I tried to feed her son I saw that he was too weak to eat. She looked into my eyes and said ten words that will stay in my memory forever; "My Son will be dead by the morning, won't he?"

The Lesson: You are most likely nowhere near as hard done by as you think. Go and find someone like this woman that you can help. Help regularly. It will make you 'count your blessings'.

4. WATCH YOUR TALK.

The good book tels us 'Life and death are in the power of the tongue!'

  • Talk positively.
  • Talk to yourself.
  • Look in the mirror and tell yourself that you are great at what you do.

Use your words to edify, strengthen , encourage and inspire not just yourself but all those around you.

Stop and think for a moment... Do YOU enjoy hanging out with bitter, negative, 'gloom and doom' people? Of course you don't!

Make a 'Conscious Decision' that for the next 30 days you will speak positively about and TO everyone that you meet.

Trust me you will see a direct connection between your positive speaking and your sales results!

5. FOCUS ON MARKETING! Want to know a jealously-guarded secret of most top salespeople? They have a laser-focus on marketing.

They don't just TALK about marketing - they consistently DO something about it. Talk is dirt cheap. Actions count in selling.

TRY THIS: Start using a Daily 'To Do' list and keep a record of every specific 'lead-generating activity' that you do on a daily basis.

If you are anything like the 'average' salesperson, you will be astonished at how little you do.

You will quickly identify lead-generating opportunities. I suggest that you prepare a comprehensive list of your lead-generating systems. Measure the ones that you are actually applying and note how much and how often you apply them.

6. TRACK AND MEASURE EVERYTHING.

I have written sales copy for over 500 different offline companies and scores of website owners.

It has never ceased to amaze me how many of them are flying blind.

Fact: If you can't measure it - you can't control it' and odds are that you will never improve it.

Here's another fact for you. Highly effective sales people don't leave stuff to chance. They are diligent.

I don't care what system you use to track and measure your results. But if you aren't tracking and measuring your results - identifying what doesn't work and dropping it, working hard on the stuff that does to constantly improve it - then please forgive my totally politically incorrect language... you are an idiot.

And you will always be a mediocre salesperson at best.

When you measure results, you will not have a positive attitude problem. Your attitude will go through the roof!

For instance, I have one website that invites people to subscribe to one of my Internet Newsletters, that has close to a 100% optin rate. (and no that is far from normal).

Can you imagine how good I feel each time I tie a promotion into THAT site? I have measured the results so I know what to expect.

NOTE: There is NOTHING quite a stupid in business as salespeople who don't keep track of what works.

Perhaps you have heard the old saying; "Half our marketing works - we just don't know which half!"

- - Garbage!
- - Hogwash!
- - Ignorant twaddle!

Start tracking and measuring your activities and you will know exactly what works and your positive attitude will explode as a result!

7. HAVE A LIFE PURPOSE. It has always struck me as strange that so many people live life with all it's great potential with little or no purpose.

What about you?

Do you have a life purpose?

Something bigger than you? Something that you want so badly that each time you think about it, puts a smile on your face, a song in your heart and a spring in your step?

If not... find one.

No one else can find it for you but trust me - virtually nothing can stop you when you have a purpose.

Why?

Because purpose gives birth to vision and vision is the 'rocket fuel' of positive attitude.

Finally, if you want to fill your mind with dozens of sales-generating ideas, then you need to read my Blog, www.SalesLeadSecrets.com every day. But be warned... it is addictive. Study it often and serious possible side effects like making more sales more often could be the result.

Chris Bloor invites you to put your attitude on steroids by visiting his positive attitude in selling Blog: http://SalesleadSecrets.com

Video Games: They Way We Where

video games have been around for more years than most people know. Most people today can remember the Pac-man, Pac-Woman era. In reality video games have been in our daily lives for far longer than that. In fact one of the first video games on record goes back to 1947, where the first ever patent was filed in january of that year and that patent was issued in December 1948. Little did we know that this would come to be one of the hottest commodities to hit the American and International markets. One of the earliest video games was created by the same man who developed the atomic bomb.

In the 50s and 60s a video was being patented to run on computers. This became a reality, the problem was that little was known about computers and they were so expensive that few people had them, and this program was run on a platform called oscilloscopes, which was a piece of electronic equipment that could show two dimensional graphs. These were located at colleges and universities.

The 70s brought about new developments in the video industry. In 1972 a patent was granted for the release of a home video console. In was large and bulky, but it satisfied the video game demands of the gaming public. Later, in the 70s and early 80s, along came the development and release of Atari. This lasted for only a few short years, when the video market took a big dive. The reason for this was that there were so many entities producing these video games (most of which were the same game) that the market became flooded. The industry had really gone stale, because how many versions of the same video game can there be. One just seemed to be an updated version of the other. The public became bored with this and needed something fresh and new.

In 1989 the market once again had a new video game gadget, nintendo Game Boy. This was new and exciting and the games were different, challenging and, best of all, you could take it with you wherever you went. There were several competitors who put their video games on the market by this time, but even today Game Boy seems to be the best selling hand held video game and console.

The 1990s came alive with new and improved versions of consoles for video games. nintendo was overtaken by the newcomer, Sonys play station. The public went wild and now anyone who had the nintendo switched and had to have a play station, with more bells and whistles than had been seen before.

Up until now all video games had been developed for computer type consoles, hand held consoles and computers. 2003 saw a new direction come to life with the development of video games on cellular phones, this came from none other that Nokia.

The video game industry has evolved into a multi-million dollar industry today. Almost every person in the world has at one time or another in their life either played a video game, whether it be on the old oscilloscopes, coin operated consoles, hand held consoles, home computers or the cell phone. It is an industry that is growing by leaps and bounds on a daily bases.
